As you know, (or maybe not) I have websites on other platforms. I have trouble getting traffic to them. I dropship products and have everything on one website. I get traffic, but I'm talking maybe the most I've had in a day is 5 visitors and a lot of days it has been 0. In a year and a half I have made $36.00 in adsense. Not very good. I load paypal buttons in html and put them on my site, which by the way is a pain. You have to got to paypal and make your button and then copy and paste in your website.
It's a NO BRAINER!
Checking on prices, to do a storefront on the other platform would cost $206.00 a year. That's one website!
Here at WA, I can get 25 websites for $49.00 a month or upgrade to yearly for $359.00. That's $14.36 a year per website! No Brainer, Right?
I've decided to break up wesites into different manufacturers.
I have checked with Jaaxy for keywords and the different manufacturers I ship products for and all have decent search results and I can get decent doman names with the manufacturers names in them. So, I'm going to try that route.
I'm off and running.
Last night I bought a domain and directed it here and started building my first website, right here on Wealthy Affiliate.
I have three products loaded, which doesn't sound like a lot, but I had a lot of variations to do. Plus I had to get the website set up to even start building on it, but it is live on the World Wide Web. I have a lot of keywords/keyword phrases to work with and a lot more products to load.
Guess you'll be seeing a lot more of me!

Kenny, just something to think of.... you mentioned domain names with the manufacturer's name in it... some manufacturers / brands gets real touchy about that. One don't want to put in all the effort and work, and then get a letter from their Lawyer (if you're lucky) or sued (if you're not). I know MANY people get away with it, so it is up to you, I just thought I'll mention in. ;-) [wink] Just watching our for our WA-family. That's what "family" do, isn't it? ;-) LOL!

I thought about that. But I'm only promoting and selling their products and they don't sell retail. Only wholesale.
So I don't see a problem with it.

Yes, I think they are not generally concerned of us being competition to them, more about how and where their brand / registered names / trademarks are used.
It may be worth to ask your Lawyer's opinion. But there are many people getting away with it too. :-)

Good luck with your sites. I just cancelled another site I had with another "bogus" company because I could not move it to WA; I just started a new similar site here and it is going so much better than the other one. I'm just getting started here and enjoying the support here as the previous site had none..
