I agree just about anything that uses the Elementor Page Builder Plugin is pretty efficient and fast. You can have a site up in running in a 1 hour or so. In my opinion.
There is also the Divi page builder as well but in my experience the more effects and plugins you add the slower it can be. WA hosting is great but it's designed for small micro niche blogs mostly information blogs not video blogs, etc.
So I would stick with Elementor Page Builder Plugins themes. My personal favorite is the Neve theme. You can by the pro version and they have templates for just about every popular niche.
It makes it a lot easier to build niche websites quickly and efficiently.

I would recommend that you stick with Generate Press, and maybe consider upgrading to the Premium version, if you require even more customisations.
I actually performed some speed tests on themes a couple of weeks ago, you can check out the scores, along with the steps involved, should you want to check the speed of another theme you like. WordPress Theme Baseline Google PageSpeed Tests - Is Your Website Fast Enough?

Hello everyone. I’m still fairly new to Wealthy Affiliate family. I’m getting my feet wet by learning all of the ropes. I’ve started to promote the WA program
You can always check google search and see how those top ranking websites on WA are doing it.
You can find it on top clicking the dollar sign. See attached images. Links and tracking. Banners also can be use.
Just checking that when you do this, you are actually using your own unique URL, as in, it has your affiliate ID on the end of it?
