Kudos to the Support Crew
Seriously, the support crew is awesome!
How many of you have reached out to them when you've run into an issue? Let's give them a nod of acknowledgement.
I was so excited to be building my website, but once I bought my domain and transferred my site.rubix I could no longer log in! My computer would just think....and think....and think....and think, and finally give me a message that it was taking too long to respond.
I contacted the support crew and they worked with me for two days, quickly answering all of my questions and troubleshooting. In the end they needed to move my site to a new server. And, now everything is working perfect. Whew!
What would we do without them?!
