Did you publish it? Did you add content later and then click on Update? Did you add the page to your menu?
Did all that and then hit regress as stared I can use the search on the site and it will show not only what I put in that page but others as well but it is not on the page only a pick of me is there
Deactivate all your plugins and let me know if that helps. If that doesn't work then activate a different theme.
I just checked your site at http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ and it says you have active plugins.
Start again with a Site Rubix test website using a "normal" theme such as Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and only the automatically installed plugins. You've got too much happening with the theme and plugins you're using at the moment.
Once you've got it happening properly on the test site then you can move it over to your real domain name.
Don't think about having a forum or membership site until you've managed the basics and got some traffic.
It was one of the plug in'sbut don't know which one so now it works but do I trust the optional plug in's now
I would only add the plugins one at a time to make sure they are each working as they should. Don't install plugins unless you absolutely need them. Sometimes it's just that two plugins clash with each other.

I created 3 pages and they didn't show up so much did it again and they still didn't appear I can find the sit it is online but no pages I am stuc
The link below might help too as it shows how to add your pages to the menu once you have created a navigation menu. How to add a page to the menu-step 1 ~Jude
You need to create a menu and then add the pages to the menu. Type 'menu' into the question bar and you'll find some tutorials.
