I ended up not being able to get on WA for some time. Life happens. I'll leave it at that. I missed coming here, and I'm glad to be back.
I am about to embark on building my first website as I go through bootcamp. I'm looking forward to that while I work through planning my second website, for which I finally decided on a niche (low carb dieting and weight loss). (YAY!) I chose that niche because I have experience in that already and looking forward to continuing exploring low carb dieting on my weight loss journey. Meanwhile, if anyone has feedback on that niche, feel free to leave it.
