Very Exciting Day today!
Just wanted to start out with I didn't get my first post made on my site today like I wanted to and normally that would have upset me a little for not making my goals for the day.
But it just reminded me of something that I learned years ago from a great friend and mentor.
Some days you have to look at what you did get done that might have been more important then the thing that you set your goals to do. Life has a way of decracting us sometimes for a reason. But by all means don't throw that goal away because you didn't get it done. Just move it to the next day.
Now to explain why I'm still so excited by my day. I started out doing my research on my first blog post for my new site. Woodworking Art but I found that there was a lot of great keywords with lots of monthly traffic and low compatition and as I was going through them I started off with the goal of finding 15 good beginner projects to write about. When I got done doing my research what I found was 39 great projects that I could make for my offline business and do artwork on.
So in closing my research took longer then I expected but I got a lot of great ideas that I will be very passionate about writing about and found lots of opportunities for putting in affiliate links to lots of different place to help people find the tools and things they will need to complete the projects if they don't already have them.
Thank you for all of the help today to everyone that answered my questions so quickly.
Tomorrow I will start working on writing my first post to my page. Promise now that the research is done.

It's very exciting to go back to the basics of woodworking and see some of the great projects that I can start beginners on. Teaching people how to do something always makes us learn something.

I never knew I could be this excited about blogging, but by learning and reading other posts about beginning woodworking projects it gave me a lot of new ideas for my offline business.

The community is great here as well the more people respond to my posts here gives me hope that I can write great posts for my site. Not to mention the more I write here the more comfortable it gets.
