You may have already seen them, but there are several videos on YouTube that will walk you through the set up of Woo Commerce on a WordPress site.

I'm not sure where you are getting hung up on this to know if this is an effective solution if you decide to try it here as moving your site might prove to be a chore too.

But you might also check with Site Support about what is hanging you up. I've read a lot of testimonials here in my time about them going above and beyond what I would expect a hosting service to do.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer directly related to moving your site. I'm guessing the site might not be movable itself as I haven't heard of them using WordPress. You may have to just start over and move your domain name over to their hosting.

Best of luck in moving forward.

Regards,

Jason

Also, keep in mind you can add a blog to your Shopify store and then update it with regular posts SEO optimized to drive organic traffic to your store or other merchant stores.

I would reconsider that option. Shopify is very limited and expensive. Woo Commerce, yes, it can be a little trickier, but you only have to figure that out once, and there is tremendous help out there for that.

I recently switched my store from Shopify to WooCommerce, currently hosted here with Siterubix.

Of course, ultimately, your decision and options differ on what and how you sell.

Well I design and press t shirts and sweatshirts among other things. I have been struggling with getting a cart set up that works and just don’t have the time to keep fighting with it.
Woo commerce is way harder to learn for some reason.
Thank you for your opinion I will certainly give it thought.

Shopify is indeed much simpler, and if time is scarce, then yes, you are making the right decision.

You best look up that info at Shopify itself. But concerning your web hosting, if it is hosted here, you will need to look for another host( not sure Shopify offers this ,I don't use Shopify) when cancelling your membership here. If not there are plenty hosting companies out there. (like Namecheap, HostGator)

Thank you for responding. I’m looking into with Shopify but I’m fighting time issues as I work full time. Was just hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks 👍

Hi Kevin
You can set up a store quite easily however you need to know how to direct traffic to your store and get them to buy.
This is not easy.
Marc

Thanks marcho88.
I’m assuming for each product you put on you would write an article or articles. Also promote certain products to draw people and it’s a store so hopefully they would shop for other things whil on site.

I have a lot to do and think about but my hope would be more a brand than a certain product if this make sense

Kevin

Hi Kevin write 2 types of articles. One content and the other product review. This is recommended by Kyle.
Jay's method is to have 1 internal, external and 1 link to your store.

I suggest to write content first to build authority. At least 20 to have a better chance to get approval from Google Adsense.

There are other ways to direct traffic as well.

Thanks marcho88

Not me I have not go that far but l would like to know as well and learn from you. Thanks

Best of luck with it. I’m no either I just think starting the store early on would save a ton of work later if you go this route

I guess so thank you:)

When I sign into the google analytics.com website I can't scroll down the page. There is no scroll bar on the side of the page and I can't see the full page. Has anybody else

This is where I get and can't get go any further. No scroll bar to move to bottom of page.
I will have to work on later so anybody have any ideas that would be great otherwise I will check with site support later.
Thank you
Kevin

I added a screen shot this is where I get and I can click the get started button and same thing, no scroll bar to move the page. If I try and take a screen shot of it I can move down to bottom of the page but otherwise I can't scroll down.

Make sure your sites are verified in Google Analytics. If you get stuck, the best people to ask are the tech guys at SiteSupport. Hope this helps! :)

I'm just trying to get set up with google analytics I'm not set up yet. I'm going through the training to set up my website to see traffic but can't seem to get into it.
Thanks
Kevin

I just checked mine and it is working. Did you try to log out and then log back into the site? Maybe it just needs to refresh altogether.
Douglas

I just tried that didn't work
Thanks for quick reply
Kevin

No problem site support can help you as well if you are still stuck. They are super good and super fast.

I wanted to promote an affiliate product but looking at the company of the product here is what it shows for the last year.
305 days online
40 days low funds
17 days o

Do you have a choice for other alternatives? I am assuming your niche has many products.

To me, I want to get paid for my effort , therefore knowing who the paymaster, is a critical decision. You have done well to ask these questions.

I would look for more stable alternatives. Drop the company a line is a good suggestion.

Thanks for the reply I was wanting to see if anyone else came across this in the past just to see if its common or unusual. They have a good line of products that fit my niche so it would work great for me to use them but I’ll have to wait for more information. I was planning on doing a review on one of them as part of training.
Thanks again

Then good to look at them then. Treat the financials as separate issue.

I’ll probably get a hold of share s sale as that’s who they affiliate through
Thanks Stanley

Greetings
I would drop the company a line! Email, call or send message and find out! Eliminate the guesswork! All the best and success to you!

Thank you I will have to do that

You're welcome and I pray that all your tasks be made easy for you!

I think when it says they have low funds or are offline means that they need to fill the bank with money to pay us. You get what I mean. If this doesn't help ask the affiliate program itself in their help section and see why but that would be my guess.
Douglas

I get what you mean but does this mean they are struggling or is this common that this happens this is my first affiliate program I joined so not sure if its normal

I have been trying to join a bunch so I have a few options. I have seen it on ShareASale a few times for the ones I am with and they come back usually a day or so once they have paid I am guessing. Maybe wait until Monday night to see if they are back online and if not write to the help area and ask why. Can't hurt to ask the question and get an answer of the just needed to pay the past due amounts.
Douglas

Ok Thanks for the help I will check with them or maybe someone else will chime in here yet since its Sunday and nobody works on Sunday. lol

Well we do the internet never closes. Just turns with the world.
Douglas

Just curious if there are any you like better and why. Share a sale seems to be a pretty good network

CJ is another good one. I don’t get the click bank one at all.
Douglas

I heard CJ and clickbank is all digital I believe but don't quote me on that. All I know is there is a lot to learn and I'm not a really patient person. I told my wife I would never go back to school but here I am. LOL I figure I'll give it a good shot for a year and then determine if I'm going to keep with it.

I do like CJ and it has a really awesome link tool you add to your search bar and puts the link right where you need it.
