First blog post at WA (Don't Quit On Yourself)
Hey everyone I'm finally taking some time to do my first blog post. I have been here for a couple weeks now and it is certainly overwhelming but very interesting. I was here about 10 years ago but at that time there was many reasons that I didn't stay. Time, Money, and a few others. When I was working affiliate marketing then I tried doing things on the cheap and free way.
I made a few sales back then (nothing to right home about) but at that time google changed things which I beleieve I saw Kyle mention that in the beginning of the training.
I was following a couple WA members and using their advice on how to get rankings and it was using squidoo (free) to right articles (called lenses) and squidoo got bought out and things changed and I didn't have the time to make all the changes and learn it so I just gave up as I was working a lot of hours at my job.
Here is my point to all new marketers. If I would have followed WA back then I would now have 10 years under my belt. Even if things are overwhelming you just sit back and take it slow. What I'm doing now is following the plan (kinda). There are so many shiny things in WA that its easy to get lost in it (distracted). Just realize one thing and that is there is a cost to a business. I don't think you can find anything else that can get you this kind of training and tools for the price.
So my suggestion is to be a turtle at first. I have been putting in many hours here but only in the second phase of training. I'm working on my third article and I have been indexed in google just yesterday. If you have to make this a part time business do that.
If you are serious about this as a career you can't go to college for a year for what you'll pay here and I would be willing to bet a four year degree here would accomplish more for the money than most colleges would.
I wish I had the 10 years back and even if I would have put in 5 to 10 hours a week where would I be at today.

Very motivational in inspiring post, you never go wrong sharing your past experiences. We all make mistakes and its not always the right time for us when we attempt something new, but now is the right time for you I can feel it from your words you are more mature and ready for this business now
Thank you and yes I am more ready. Last time I was in more need for money and this time I don't need the money but want to look for at least a retirement income. A full time income would be awesome but will take that as it goes. I also wouldn't mind putting some extra money into a business if I feel it can boost my business and get things going sooner.
You have a good attitude and a good plan, we all must just take it one day at a time
