Is Affiliate Marketing worth the wait?

I have been cruising through the courses here on WA, and I'm growing more confident in my site day by day. I received what I assume is a programmed email from Kyle telling me not to give up and to give it a year. I would love to, but can I afford the risk? I will admit I have learned a lot thus far and I think I have the potential to make great sites. However, I'm currently paying for my WA dues by completing website tests over at UserTesting and then begging my mother to cover the rest. This may work the first couple of months, but after awhile even the most patient of moms tend to lose it. I will give it as long as I can and put forth as much effort as humanly possible to see this through. I knew going into this that it was going to be a process and that immediate results were highly unlikely. That being said, it's only been half a month, and I still have much to learn. I'm going to keep my nose to the grindstone, and put my faith in myself and Kyle and Carson's program. Who knows.... within a few months I'll be able to answer my own question.
