You Tube Authorship
I was watching the webinar -
Researching & Understanding Website Rankings
from June 28, 2019 and Jay mentions that he thinks You Tube will replace Google + for authorship.
I have been checking in on Google for a long time to see if they were replacing Google + and have not seen anything. It never ocurred to me to think of what they already had. YouTube.
I think that is a great idea. (That's why he is running webinars and I am just a member. lol)
So I have started now posting links to a channel I created.
I think we should help each other by subscribing to channels and liking each others discussion posts to assist with this whole possible "authorship thing".
I messaged Kyle to see if he could make a community post for this but have not heard back from him so I am creating one myself.
The problem with that is 5 people may see it, but hey 5 people are better than no people. right?
(This will also help to make your own channel name. When you reach a certain number of subcribers it lets you customize your channel link)
Anyone in? If you think this is a good idea post your links below and as always please click on others links, don't just post yours. Let's work together!
