Overwhelm Much?? Panic Much?? What Have I Done Much?? YES &YES & YES!!! Ok, breathe and if that doesn't work, breathe again. Ok, Ok... FOCUS - Forget Other Clutter & Unnecessary Stuff! Stay on track with the courses. Follow the steps. Everything doesn't have to be done at once. Ok so your rank is 3000+, so what! You are new, you are learning. Learning needs to be the focus right now. You can't help others if you don't have the knowledge or experience yourself. Your job right now is to learn, that's it. So focus on that. The rest will follow. PHEW! I need this pep talk :-)

Great Peep Talk. You are doing great. Consider that are probably over 500,000 members. You are doing great. It will come with time. And you are right. Give yourself and what you are trying to accomplish first priority. I neglected that to start. Now I find myself ignoring more and more that is not relevant to me so that I can accomplish my work. Keep moving forward and I wish you the best.
