This weeks goals - no more time wasting!
I mentioned in my previous post that I tend to struggle with consistency and sticking to my goals. Today is my first day being active since rejoining last week and I want to make a habit of setting weekly goals and posting them as blogs on here.
I aim to have completed the full course before April 5th so i dont have all that long!
This week my goal is to commit to WA daily for a minimum of 2 hours.
Today I am re-familiarizing myself with everything and getting back into the course.
I am focussed, I am determined and I am dedicated!
(Just some affirmations to get me started)

I cut out phone games and TV and found a lot more time to put into training, writing, WA helping and my business websites!

Thanks, Heather! Fortunately, I don't have any phones games and I don't watch TV, I just occasionally feel overwhelmed with the concept of it all at times, despite really wanting to make this a career. But I'm working on it

When I am overwhelmed I take 10-30 minutes to meditate or exercise - and come back to work refreshed. I hope you find what works for you and keep up the good work!
