I finally made the choice to go premium . honestly im so glad I did .

For an immediate answer, it is more advisable to go to Live Chat and/or put your question in "Ask a Question' in Help Center at the menu in the bottom left. You can also type your question in the search box at the top of the WA website. There may be other blogpost or similar questions in the WA's database related to your question.
There are more qualified experts and you can choose which one is more applicable to your situation. I am still learning here, like you, although it has been quite some time I am here.
