My Progress So Far!
Wealthy Affiliate so far has been a huge eye opener. Never would I have thought that I would be able to put so much time into creating a very detailed website that would help people out and I'm enjoy every moment of it.
Before WA I didn't really know anything to do with websites and how you can get ranked on Google but now I'm getting used to it and actually learning things here which is amazing. I am now developing my website to hopefully help people build a computer or even give them some help with their gaming. My site so far has 5 posts jam packed with brilliant information to help people understand gaming and building a PC etc.
If you couldn't tell my niche for this project is gaming/PC. It is something I'm super passionate and have been around since I was 4 years old. Throughout my school life majority of my subjects related to I.T so my understanding of this topic is very high which makes it a lot easier to write about and actually enjoy.
The things I am most proud of so far is the ability to write a very in-depth post about the topics I've chosen. In school I use to struggle with English so it is a huge shock to me that I am able to write so many words and a very in-depth guide to most things.
Not everything goes to plan and the downfall I've had recently is trying to figure out a name for my website and my future business. I know you shouldn't really spend too much time thinking about this but I want something that people will remember so they can come back onto my site in the near future and even tell their friends/family about it. Making a clear and snappy name is something important to me and I didn't want to rush it but I finally managed to figure it out.
My plans within the next three months is to have at least got my website near to completion. I think that is more than enough time to be able to get my website where I want it to be. After that, I want to be able to generate some income and attract some traffic and build a bond with them so I can make their gaming life a lot better and easier for them. Even if it isn't a lot of income I know I can push from that in order to make sure that grows every month into something I am happy with. I want to be able to create that snowball effect with my website in order to make people's gaming life a lot better and for them to be happy with it.
Then within the next six months I want to make sure that my website is generating a good amount of traffic so there is a lot of new people on the site asking for help and sharing their gaming experience. I want a lot of interaction on that site so people can ask for help and give help to their community, just like here at WA. Obviously, at that point I want to be evolving the income level so I'm making a good amount of money. Who knows how much I make but I'll be happy to at least be making something by then. But the main priority is to generate some traffic and potential customers to that site.
