Where am I now? Don't get intimidated

Last Update: June 21, 2018

Today after 7 articles in my blog I discovered how to check if my articles are indexed in google or not by chance. Sounds funny I know, but I am sure I am not alone.

Before that I searched in google to get clues and I also read somewhere that I need to go to google webmasters but the webmasters didn't work for me. Then today when I was looking at the bucket of my website contents I noticed under every content there is a G (Google sign). If the G sign is colorful that means your article is indexed. If Gray it means not yet.

Now after 7 articles, I was in the dark. (Now I know why my creator rank has been improving dramatically).

To my surprise 4 out of 7 of my articles are indexed in Google. 3 of those articles are a little over 700 words and one is about 504 words. And the last two articles I wrote this week were all Indexed. Here they are:

https://giftsrama.com/male-pee-emergency-male-golfers-proble...

https://giftsrama.com/playable-thinkgeek-electronic-guitar-s...

To my disappointment, the article I invested a lot in with over 1,300 words is still in gray.

Other two articles that were also indexed in google this month are below:

https://giftsrama.com/japanese-staplers

https://giftsrama.com/goatee-and-man-weird-shaving-kits

Please feel free to check out my indexed articles and leave your comments.

Points learned:

Writing long articles with a lot of words is great but don't wait until you can write over 1000 words. Write anything that you can until you get up there. Make your smaller articles count, and the bigger ones will take care of themselves when they come.

UPDATE!!

How Sweet!

Just got two e-mails from Carson and Kyle a few minutes after this post and I would like to share that with you all here:

First one:

Awesome news Khalfan!

Your content published through SiteContent at Wealthy Affiliate has been found in Google! This means that Google has your page within their index to display within the search results. This is amazing!

Here is what was found in Google on June 21, 2018:

Male Pee Emergency – Male Golfers Problem
giftsrama.com/male-pee-emergency-male-golfers-problem

Now that you are indexed in Google you can view your Google, Bing, and Yahoo Search engine rankings using the Jaaxy SiteRank platform. To access this platform, click on the "Jaaxy" link in your main menu at WA, then choose "SiteRank". You can enter any keyword, and the URL to check and track your search rankings. It's a brilliant tool!

Keep up the great work :) Getting indexed is a HUGE success and it means that you are well on your way to more rankings, more traffic, and more revenue!

An interesting post, I agree with your comment about the number of words, I now just write what I need to, if it is 500 fine, or 1500 also fine, as long as the content is meaningful.
