New website
I have a passion for depression since I've battled it for much of my life. My life goal is to educate others about depression and to help those with depression live through it. I have reached a point in my life that I'm not defining myself by my depression. I am a whole person, and depression is just a piece of me (although a HUGE part sometimes). I am a wife of 14 years. I have 3 kids. I am a parent to select softball players. I am a parent to a Type 1 Diabetic. I have a very energetic little boy. I am so much more than depression! I thought that I was being brave opening up about my depression, but I'm going to take that a step further and start a blog opening myself up. I will be transparent. I'm a care taker by nature (and a nurse by occupation). My new goal is to not just help those with depression, but to help all people. I am going to start a blog targeted at women, moms. Please pray for me as I start this new journey.

Depression can be very dreadful. But, don't be depressed, because you woke up, so you are blessed. Indeed, at times, life can have one stressed. But keep your head up, and remember happiness is the quest.
