DO YOU HAVE THE QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR?

We're all CREATED with different personalities and skills. We all learn and experience a different life that is unique to us, allowing us to form the characteristics and qualities of who we are.

Starting a business is not easy and it requires a lot of work. So how do you know if you have what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur? Let us take a look at the qualities that go into making a successful entrepreneur.

THE QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR.

1. Ambition/Business Focus:- it is a strong desire of one’s life time for a bigger achievement without any time frame. Always profit-oriented, planning for growth, have clear goals of what you want to achieve, alignment with business and more serious with work.

2. Confidence:- have self confidence on the task ahead, conviction in ability to succeed. Ready for any out come of the company. Believe in yourself that you must succeed in the business.

3. Creativity:- the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships,or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations for the company.

4. Responsibility:- for the fact of being responsible, answerable, or accountable for anything within his/her's power, control, or management of the company is sole for the entrepreneur to bear.

5. Possibility:- engage in the activities that makes every activity possible. The possibility of not allowing any failure in all his/her doing.

6. Integrity:- you must not be a person of questionable character. Able to delivery your promises to your clients and the promises made to your employee.

7. Perseverance:- steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc., especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement.

8. Competitiveness:- having a strong desire to compete or to succeed. Must stay ahead of your business.

9. Communication:- the ability to influence, convince and inspire.

10. Self Discipline:- discipline and training of oneself, usually for improvement: Acquiring the habit of promptness requires self-discipline.

11. Planning:- planning every aspect of your business, build the habits that every business owner should develop, implement, and maintain. It requires you to analyze each business situation, research and compile data, and make conclusions based mainly on the facts as revealed through the research.

12. Risk Bearer:- He bears all the risk alone.

Have these qualities and you will become a better entrepreneur.
