Both are important. Sometimes I don't getta chance to even look at my site because of my work schedule and my errands. Like this week, soon as I get done with these emails, I'll start doing my lesson and doing other things that has something to with the business. Starting last week I been keeping track on how much time I'm spending doing something with the business. If I don't have time to do my lessons, I'll do something that has something to do with the business.

Keza, you are like me. I enjoy the community aspect that is Wealthy Affiliate. Yet, I have to build my website. I had a comment to one of my earlier blogs that included a weekly calendar. Each day the focus was on something different so that by the end of the week all tasks were accomplished. I thought it was an excellent way to make sure that I hit all of the targets. Once I am done with the training I will be able to do more of both. I hope that helps.

I personally think that, at the beginning, it is important to get to know the people in the community and see what they< are up to and with whom to relate more etc.....
Then, when I have learnt enough to really handle well my website - and if it is sort of ready - then I think there would be the priority of serving the site (while still maintaining the contacts)

Great question! I was wondering about the same thing and have been helped by the answers and hope you have been too.
I guess each day might bring a different way of proceeding, depending on your mood and how you're feeling. It's nice that we can be flexible in this program:)

Hi Kerry, the whole thing is about finding that balance, between being here socializing,studying,learning and creating your online presence which is ultimately going to generate the income to create your lifestyle.You have been here four months and are making very good progress. Perhaps do the 33%,33%,33% method one-third socialize,one-third study, one-third website and that way something is happening and you have the sense that things are going forward. Best wishes.

You must remember why did you join WA ??

First you have to learn how to build and this means bieng involved with the community and then apply your learnings to your site to improve etc
I spend 50/50 on each but some times it can go into a few hours

I think we have all been through this. What I did was alocate 1 hour per day 'being active. I always acknowledge everyone who follows me with a Thank You. To attract followers go to your profile and you will see a row of ten people to follow...I select 20 per day. I try to comment on every blog I get but it's a big job...I try to read all of them and a lot of times a like on the post (if you like it) will help you get through a lot as well...

Regarding posts, questions & any training you are notified about just work through as many as you can. Once the hour is up you should stop and then get working on your lessons and building your site...I think this should be your top priority...after all you invested in premium to learn how to build a website & hopefully make some money down the line...you are not going to make any money from the comments here on WA...that's the truth of the matter. But please don't get me wrong, the WA community needs to be nurtured and built upon...
