I am totally into offering comments for feedback in return, I think this is an awesome idea. BUT I get totally frustrated when I write a comment and it tells me that it is "not Unique", so then you try and reword things a little differently and resubmit the comment and again it comes up "not Unique". This morning I made a comment on someone's webpage and it said exactly that when I submitted it, this happened 7 times, so in the end I gave up and went to another website. What is up with that, because of that happening, that person missed out on a comment. does anyone else have this problem? Thanks Kerry

I've noticed this too, my biggest issue is trying to comment on new sites. I keep getting the same 8 pages over and over and over again. My skip status is getting high because it keeps asking me to leave comments on sites I've already commented on, even the same day.

I had this problem whenever I started a comment with the person's name. So I started my comments without a name. Problem solved.

Another thing that would trigger the "not unique" label was having the comment in one paragraph. By breaking up the comment into separate paragraphs, made the comment unique.

Go figure! :)

Interesting, I'm not sure if I have tried without putting their name at the beginning of the comment. I usually have a few paragraphs so that hasn't worked for me :-) but I will definately try without putting their name on the comment. Thanks :-)

Interesting, why would anyone refuse a comment? I'm just happy someone took their valuable time and choose to write something about my post.

It is something to do with the "Comment/Feedback" section of Wordpress, not owners of the websites :-)

It's happened to me several times, can't quite understand the Phrase "not unique" as would suggest something exactly the same has already been written same phrases, same words. How we describe something is unique to us as individuals. Don't think i have a chip implanted anywhere. lol.

lol, I know right :-)

I have seen so many people say the same thing over the last few days. It's extremely frustrating when you take time out and get that response.

Yeah it is frustrating hey :-)

I'm a bit concerned that there may be an issue with Site Comments. I experienced the same thing on this past Thursday. There was at least one other member of the community who had the exact experience on Thursday. Like you, I finally gave up because I had more pressing issues to take care of. I haven't attempted again. I will try again tomorrow.

And yes, someone missed a great comment on their website in my case as well.

yeah maybe it needs to be looked at :-)

Hi Kerry and had the same problem but I found by just changing the wording bit it worked oK

Yeah that's what I normally do but this time I tried like 7 times and it still didn't work :-)

Very strange as It has happened twice and each time just altered the order of the words a bit
