Adding item links to my page

Hi guys, in need of help please. I would like to add a row of Amazon links to my page as pictured below but can't work out how to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction please :-) also one other thing, the social media plugs in image, can anyone tell me what plugin it is. Thank you, Kerry
