All My W.A Sites Have Disappeared!?

Hey everyone,
Been with WA for a couple of years now. Not always working on WA stuff but always a member. Anyway, all the websites I've created have disappeared. I cannot see them here on WA and they don't show up when I type in the URL.
I'm in touch with site support but has this ever happened to anyone else? I mean if they can't undo whatever the heck happened then all that time, and effort is just gone. Don't even want to think of that as a possibility but we all know Murphy's law!
Whatever happens, I'll get through it but have any of you experienced this at WA?
