Landon at Camp Part 2!
Sorry we did NOT expect a part 2 but we received some new awesome pictures!!! Landon came home from church camp a couple weeks ago and boy could I tell he matured since last year at camp. Now that the pictures was released I can see why with all the new bonds made.
Unfortunately he said he was to scared to do the blob this year too! He thought he would have the courage this year but he said the kids were going way too high for him lol! I never had been around one so I thought maybe he could tell us all about it but hey there is always next year!
Well needless to say we all have made new friends and created several new bonds in one short year. I think Landon stepping out of his comfort zone within our church community and creating these bond is helping our whole family learn to be more accepting ourselves! I also realized myself that it is not always the best decision to close out the world around you and pretend to be fine with it. It really is not as all bad as we see on television and just maybe there is hope for us!

Thanks for sharing Landon's experience. Camp is fun, but it is also a scarey time because a person is on there own making decisions, meeting new people and learning the rules.

Thank you so much Jeff. I think it is doing him some good because he has us all volunteering more at church. Last night he actually taught an activity at kids camp while mom and I supervised. We were so happy!
