Landon at Camp!
Well it is that time again where Landon gets shipped off to Church Camp! We were lucky enough that the Williamson Christian Center in Illinois let our Youth enjoy another year at their location.
We have been swamped with school coming to a close for summer and then we turn right around to get him ready for this event! We love it as so do the other parents because not only do they have fun and make memories but learn the word of God. Not to mention the great relationships and bonds that are made during this week.
We love the fact that they have to enjoy nature and be social and they can't have electronics until bed time to call family to check in!! This will be Landon's second year and we can already see big changes in him from the way he talks to us at night down to the videos being sent around social media with him in them.
We pray they have a safe last couple days and they get home safe and sound to their loved ones. We hope everyone is doing well and until next time!

Awesome, I kind of wish I had summer camp growing up now, LOL.

My brother was supposed to write a postcard LOL, to tell my parents he was still alive :-) of course this had to be back in the 70's, how times have changed.

Such fun for kids. I wish there was a focus on summer camp for kids like there was when I was a kid. It is a great experience and kids learn so much, not only about nature, but about interacting with others. He is going to have a great time!
