but if you are not paying for a service Kevin would you expect to have it for free...
support should have a bckup copy of your site - get in touch and they should be able to restore it...
hopefully you have your domain paid up to date - check under websites>>sitedomains to see what is listed...
if it has lapsed during the time you were away then you maybe able to get it back, but lapsed domains normally cost more...
so first thing is to check with support to see what they have.....
No I wasn’t expecting my site to carry on working I just thought that when I reactivated my wealthy affiliates account it would be automatically restored.
I paid my domain up to date so that shouldn’t be a problem. I received an email saying I had to pay it or I would lose it which is when I reactivated my wealthy affiliates and paid my domain.
Thank you for you help. How do I check with support to see what they have. I thought this was site support I had messaged? Sorry didn’t really know who to contact to try and get it reactivated.
if you start a siterubix site then you can use this to get in touch with site support - unfortunately they have removed the 'not listed' option in sitesupport so you need an active site to get through to them...
if you have any issues i would go straight to Carson for website issues and Kyle for anything else...

As Phil has noted, when you unsubscribe, hosting gets switched off.
You can call site support to see if they can reinstate it. Is your premium domain name still up and running?
Site support is the Help tab in the top menu > Site support.
