Note to self.
Hi guys...having recently started with WA and working through lessons and finding my way around here can sometimes be a little overwhelming! and sometimes I find myself going round and round in circles and not achieving much at all, but at the same time wanting to take part in all that's going on!
So here's my "Note to self"...
Set aside allocated time to work on your business.
Check activity dashboard, scroll through blogs and see if there is anything that may be of interest to you, nine times out of ten, there will be an answer to a question you have. Set a time limit as you can get carried away reading because there is just a wealth of knowledge there.
Set a goal of how many lessons you are going to do for you session today.
When you are working on your lessons and you need some help, type your question into the question box, as you start typing you will see that there are many questions on the same topic already there, so you can get your answer(without asking the question) and carry on working! (we can all be a little shy at first!)
Participate as much as you feel comfortable with, as you progress through the lesson and see your website coming together you will be confident becoming involved with the WA community and we all have something to bring to the table.
Last but not least, as much as this is exciting and we want to spend every minute of the day working our business to be successful...don't forget to take some time out for yourself!

Hi Keri
You're right, it is all too easy to be sidetracked but absolutely the most important thing is to systematically work through the training and get the framework of your site together.
Getting involved in the community is great but it doesn't pay the bills...by all means ask, and maybe even answer questions if you can, and engage with others regarding the answers you get or give but try and concentrate your available time on training and building.
You'll achieve more and get a better feeling of success if you concentrate that.
