Hi Dale, thanks for your time. I’m unsure of what keywords to use still although I have watched the video. Also I’m not sure what to write the blog about. A little stuck with my lack of writing creativity.

yes, you need to narrow it down. Your ideas of boxing gloves and Thai boxing shorts are good. But remember this... do the research first. So type these words "boxing gloves" and "thai boxing shorts" to see what is the demand and if they are good keywords to start using.
So when I have typed these words into google they have both come around fifth on the list. Is this what I am looking for?
you should be using jaaxy for your research. Using google along does not give you the details. For example the competition and how much it's being searched monthly.

So the AVG is 9500 and the traffic is 1600 for boxing gloves. Thai boxing shorts didn’t rank well. Is this what I am looking for? And is these stats good? What kind of stats do I need to be looking for to have a good website? Thank you for the help by the way.
