Great message Ken, when one is helped up he can then pull others up.
So often people try to drag others back to be with them in their misery.
Then how can anyone help?

We are all one Ken, so why not help "yourself":)) It's the way to worldpeace when all people realize our source is One.
So when you help another, you help, in fact, the one and only Self.
