I lost my Top 200 badge overnight
What is happening, I just lost my Top 200 badge overnight. Not that I mind but there must be an explanation for this. Few days ago we were all singing about the newly revised profile page with all those beautiful iconic badges being awarded. Today, many were upset to see their WA rank dropped drastically overnight. I for one is wondering if a new algorithm has been put in place causing the sudden change in the ranking system. If it is so, I reckon that we all should be duly informed beforehand to prevent unnecessary query. Hoping by the weekend all these system changes will stabilized and properly resolved. [Kelsey]

Hi, Kelsey all is well , things will sort themselves out it has happened many times in the past. look at it as a lesson always in business things don't go as planned step back adapt and move on. if there is change then Kyle or Carson will explain. if it is a glitch it will revert tomorrow. best wishes.
Good Blog Post .. if the ranking system has been changed then Kyle and Carson (whom I have a lot of respect for) would have been well advised to have explained and notified before it happened. I feel very disempowered by this. Maybe it is a good thing because I have, as a result, made a decision to spend less time on interacting here and more on other things including my website .. which I might add, I should have been doing anyway.

Yes, it is rather disappointing. I once learned from my boss and he advised that to always find ways and means to hint or inform management about bad things before it actually happened. For good things informed them as it happened and show it to them there and then. [Kelsey]
Don't worry about it. Just concentrate on your training and website building. If this is an algorithm change we will be notified. If it is a glitch it will be sorted out.
Yes, we're all on pins and needles - significant swings in rank for most folks. I lost half of my creator points, went from 25 to 40 in creator, although my helper/activity tanked as well, they were adjusted by far less.

I lost so many points since yesterday that it's a wonder I'm still an Ambassador.
If the change is permanent it will settle down in a few days. If it's a glitch in the system it will settle down in a few days.
