Day 7: Websites

I've started on Level 3, this one is a bit overwhelming, so I'm going back to level 2. I also watched keywords part 1 on the WAbinars. Most of it makes sense. I research keywords, pick 10 words from the keyword list, 5 keywords from wikipedia, 5 questions of ehow, then write on my blog (the one I built from here on siterubix.com), then write an article on Street Article. After that, for both articles, I like on google +, facebook, then add each one on digg and reddit. The problem is I would like to write about different niches. So am I supposed to make a whole new website for each niche? I mainly talk about knitting. I have the website I built on here and then most of my street articles are about knitting and I've linked them to the website. But I'm wanting to write about something else and I know I can't write about animals on my knitting website, so I was just wondering if it's advisable to make a new website and restart from scratch.
