The little person - going for gold
This is not your traditional blog post, more like a little rant. I have been working on my business for five months now, studying for two years previously to educate myself on my passion (putting the weight loss industry out of business, one client at a time) I am a one woman show, working with a budget, shorter than a shoe string.
Along the way I have been told time and time again by 'experts' in the industry, that I'm just not going to make it unless I invest in myself (get a business coach) hire a VA, and spend up big in advertising. Initially I felt some what deflated, but then i became detemind. Nothing like telling someone they they can't do something to get the competitive juices flowing.
One day, I will hire that business coach and get myself a brilliant VA, for now, I am enjoying the challenge of learning all sorts of weird and wonderful things, that six months ago would have been completely alien to me such as web design and coding and sharing my work (writing) which previously was kept just for me. And of course...stumbling upon communities like this.

Those are great goals. I agree, someone telling me I can't do something also makes me feel even more like I want to prove them wrong! Keep up the great work!
