ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?

Hello everyone and hope all is well. I'm just over a month in to this now and beginning to feel the effects of building something for what seems like the sake of building it alone.

IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE?

What I mean is, I've seen one $2 dollar sale. Maybe some of you out there would be ecstatic with this but I am not, not at all. Really that seems like more of a joke to me than anything. I have put massive amounts of time in to this already. I have put together three sites with one being pretty solid at this point and the second coming along quite nicely also. The third is trailing behind but I have been able to get work done on it as well. My #1 site that is loaded with good content and built upon the instruction I have received looks great and has a good feel and flow. I'm not just coming up with that on my own, this is the actual feedback I have received here and from others. It has many comments now and I have implemented the utilities as per what has been taught. Yet there are very little views and pretty much zero conversion.

PATIENCE IS NOT A VIRTUE, IT'S A MILD FORM OF DESPAIR DISGUISED AS ONE

I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it is seeing no benefit whatsoever to something that I have worked so diligently on. I'm pretty much just writing endless amounts of information that is seemingly for nothing. The second site is my effort towards the marketing of the WA program. It is still needing some work but is also growing as far as content goes. So far I have had very good feedback on what I have created but with the results I'm seeing on the first project I truly am beginning to lose hope.

SO FAR NOT SO GOOD

What's the point here? I read about others having sales rather quickly and how everything is just a bowl of fabulous experiences. Not for me. Granted the community has been great and I have received some help from Kyle which is also a wonderful thing. Other than that though it seems that I'm just wasting time with this whole thing.

SHOW ME THE MONEY

My bottom line with any business venture is to make money, period. I fully understand the idea of building any business takes some time. But I'm feeling a bit unsure of this whole idea at this point due to the lack of results that I have seen. I am by no means bashing the system here in any way, although I am a little curious about what the success rate is.

WHERE DO I DRAW THE LINE?

Maybe the problem is I'm not a social media guru and not willing to bombard the social sites with my information. Or maybe since internet marketing is that which should be left to the highly experienced only, as it seems they are the ones making all the money. As you can see I'm a little aggravated and at times I suppose that will happen. But where do I draw the line? How much effort do I put in to something that is seeming like it's going nowhere. Once again the community here has been great and very helpful and the amount that I have learned is amazing. That's great, but I need results. All this effort so far has drained the positive right out of me and has left me feeling a bit empty at the moment.

ALL APOLOGIES

If any of this offends any of you out there then I do apologize, yet I'm fairly sure I'm not the only one having the trepidation's that come with lackluster results. It's just my take at the moment. I haven't given up yet and don't plan on it, but the future still remains awfully uncertain and which side of the statistics I land on remains to be seen...

Hello there! I've been working on becoming an entrepreneur for 7 years. One month into this is nothing. You have to make it a lifetime goal to succeed. The advisors at wealthy affiliate inform it can take 3 months to get rankings. You should seek help on your SEO and content. I highly advise reading "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" by T Harv Ecker which will help motivate you to commit to success over the long haul. Keep reaching out to us as accountability partners to keep you going. Good luck!

Hi there
You have been here 1 month?
I've been here since May and whilst I don't have ANY sales yet - but I consider this to be the best training platform for internet marketing that there is - and believe me - I've tried a lot!
I guess it just depends on whether you are going to quit before you see any results. It would be highly unlikely that you would get sufficient organic traffic in only a month, to make any kind of income! Unless you are utilising social media or have a huge email list that you could share your sites with, you aren't going to see overnight results - or even results in a month. It takes a few weeks for the search engines to even FIND your site, let alone rank it to the point that you will get a lot of traffic. If you are getting good feedback and you are satisfied with your websites, why are you getting down about it?
I'm not going to try to persuade you to stay if you think you've given it all the time and patience that you can spare - but seriously - will you get better results somewhere else? What was your goal when you first came here?
OK - now - to be 100% honest, I have found most people to be very diffident when it comes to admitting how much they are making out of WA! In fact, I don't believe I have met one person who is honestly making a killing out of it! Kyle and Carson are, that's for sure, but that's because they've been building this thing for 10 years! Not one month.
I'd kind of like to keep in touch, actually. I am intending to start adding some affiliate links to my site this week, because my hubby is starting to ask me when and how I intend to get anything out of this! He would agree with you totally! I'd like to compare notes...
But what I do think is, that it's no point giving up when you could be just on the edge of starting to gain some traction. And I honestly, definitely think that 1 month is just chicken feed on the internet! Give yourself a chance and also - kudos to you for getting three sites running in a month! You are actually doing a whole lot better than a lot of people.
Cheers
Ellie

Hello Ellie, Thank you for reading. I haven't given up and am really not planning on it. The aggravation is to be expected. I have started other businesses and turned a profit rather quickly, so I have an expectation and level of results that are required to keep a positive outlook. In all honesty this seems to be the one flaw I have found in the system. Upon arriving for the first time to WA the impression is more than definitely established as far as make money online. The amount of time that it can take is not mentioned a whole lot if at all. Only you will have to work at it. This is the genius of the community as they work for a rank within the system and possibly some income from establishing training. This enables almost 100% positive feedback towards unhappy folks not seeing results as quickly as they would anticipate. Once again a genius business model. What could be better for an employer than employees willing to work for free. Personally I think this should be more clearly stated and right from the get go also. Something like before you sign up realize that you will have to work and not make a cent for several months. I know that sounds counter productive but after all it is the truth. I agree with you in the sense of this being a wonderful training platform because it is. There is a ton of very valuable information to be had. When I wrote this blog I felt that I needed to give an honest un insulated perspective of where I was this far. In the future I can show my referrals that I too was once feeling let down and disappointed. To me that is a selling point for the serious folks out there. I wish for you all the best and a lucrative future with whatever endeavors you should choose to involve yourself in. Thanks again.

Hey K,
All I can say is most people leave or quit before the miracle happens and they never knew. Some one told me that yrs. ago. I got it, but hated to hear it.......... LOL

Hi Mark, Yeah I've heard that one plenty. For me business is an activity that has to have one distinct and tangible result. Profit. I'm quite sure that most would agree. If one of my employees works for me for a month and delivers nothing but an expense then unfortunately for that person they are no longer employed. It sounds rough but that is the way it is. My blog here is only an honest view of where I'm at right now. I will continue to work at it and I WILL turn a profit, it's just obviously not going to be within the time frame that I would typically be comfortable with. The bottom line for being here in the first place is to make money, the social aspect has it's purpose as I had outlined above to Ellie. Thanks for reading and I will see you around. Take care.

Hey bud I have to agree with you there but if you can get about 10 keywords ranking number one im sure you will see money coming in getting first page rankings is where the traffic is and the money.

Thanks Sonny, see that is the kind of info that needs to be made clear in the beginning. What it takes and how long it takes as well. I'm pretty sure that the folks showing up here for the first time are not realizing that at all. Everyone is looking for a quick and simple way to get from point A to point B regardless of their life situation at the moment. Thanks again for that tidbit of information as I will focus on this a little more now. Best wishes,
Kory

Now I'm not the best but I'm not a quitter so u choose friend either way we're a family here and we support what ever you choose to do

I know how you feel. I built my site in early may, and have around 12 posts now. I have 4 affiliates I use as side bar ads. I have only made a small amount of money from google adsense. You read about a lot of people making all this money in a short amount of time and it makes you wonder what i'm doing wrong. My conclusion is either my content isn't as good as I think it is, or it takes a lot of traffic before you see results? My site is only getting about 500 visitors a month right now. Maybe it takes 5,000 or 10,000 visitors? Not sure yet. Best of luck

Hi Jeff, thanks for reading and the traffic is definitely where it's at. Just getting that traffic is the trick. I appreciate your concurring with my blog and your thoughts. I'm a little more determined today to make this work I must say. In the past I have made things work fairly quickly, so with this I feel as if I have been challenged. For that reason alone I will turn a profit out of this system at some point. Take care,
Kory
