I would buy at Namecheap before Godaddy. There's not much difference between Godaddy and WA other than Godaddy is going to walk hou through 2-3 pages of upsells to buy a domain. Also with WA domain privacy is included whereas with Godaddy and Namecheap if you want that you have to pay extra.

It depends on you really. I like to have my hosting and support in one place, makes everything quicker and more streamlined for me. But it is your choice.
