You can continue with the training. You don't *have* to leave a comment, just put a checkmark in the box anyway and move forward. It also means you won't be able to use SiteComments in the future. Just use SiteFeedback instead, that can't be blocked.

I had to delete a website on a domain that I own and start over because there was issues I couldn't figure out. So it was easier for me to delete it and start over then go back

I have had problems with my e mail, every time I try to access it, err login fail appears I tried to get a resolution to this with no direct answer to fix it. I see that on som
Definitely contact support, they should get it fixed for you in an hour or so. But be warned - I had trouble with my emails a few weeks ago and although they fixed it I lost all my previous emails from within my WA account on my laptop. They're all still on my phone, but please just be aware that this might happen and print off any important emails. Good luck!

Hey Kenneth I never heard back from you.I may have missed the notification. Have you contacted site support? I think they can help. You might try setting up a new acct. or adding a user to existing acct. Are you copy and pasting the password? Not being a smart a** just trying to help figure it out. This might help but I think site support is your best option

Done everything , contact support more than several times, copy and paste and even manually put password in, but to no prevail. Once in a while I do get through but not often and then it's only the email that is on the bottom of my list.
I know this sounds strange but it might work. Try clearing your browsers cache Then close it down and re-open. If that doesn't work try a different browser. I know this is frustrating. Holler back
