Learning, Challenges and Personal Growth
In my last post I shared how excited I was to be progressing into the social media aspect of the training. Being an introvert, I tend to be more of a "lurker" on social media, spending more time scrolling through than really engaging. I'll like a post and maybe comment here and there. So even as excited as I was about beginning the social media aspect of the training, I'm finding it's not coming as naturally to me as I would've liked. I'm much more of a "listener" even in the world of social media. Figuring out what to say is really a challenge for me.
That along with the challenge of creating good content on a consistent basis, learning how to best work within Word Press, finding good images and learning how to use affiliate links has pushed me quite a bit. At times, I feel so overwhelmed that I need to take a step back and just breathe. But it has all been good.
I have learned so much during this process. I've also learned that I have a lot yet to learn! I believe the things I've learned, and will continue to learn, will serve me well for years to come.
There is a lot to learn and also a lot of work involved in this endeavor. That being said, with all the learning and all the work involved, there is also a lot of great opportunity. It's the opportunity to be your own boss. The opportunity to have your own home based business. The opportunity to be creative with your ideas and share your passions with the world! All of this with a very small investment compared to what it would be in a traditional business. We have found a real treasure here in WA!
