So i know how to create "pages" and "post" i have created a menu with a topics along with sub items. If you hover over the menu topic you can see the post, once you click on th

When I hover over DOGS or CATS, the drop down menu appears. Then when I clock on one of the menu items shown there the page I clock on does in fact load up and I can read it.
I noticed when I click directly on DOGS or CATS however, there is no page content that loads. Do you have content added yet for DOGS and CATS?
Is there a way to get my post to show up on my pages or do i have to copy and paste my post onto the pages...

I had that problem too--it's an ssl cert issue. If you watch the video below it will walk you through the fix. SSL and Amazon aStores
View your amazon code in the "text" view of the WordPress editor... within the code.. .look for width parameter and increase the pixel count to a higher number to expand the window, until the content fits nicely in the frame. Just switch editor view back and forth from text to visual view

Any day now, WA will send you an email once it's noticed. But Honestly, I know you may hate this answer, but just build good quality content for now, Most times getting organic search results via google takes a few weeks.
Imagine a plane trying to take off, it is not instantly in the air. It has to rev up, build a head of steam, take flight and then they are 30,000 ft in the air.
Perhaps registering your site with Google Webmaster tools (per the training). This can help with letting google know you exist.

This is what i saw when i logged in. Do i only earn money once the product ordered is shipped?

Total Earnings: $0.00
Total Ordered Items: 1<
Yes, you only earn after the product has been shipped. Sometimes people put things in their shopping cart and then abandon the cart so don't count on the money until it shows up in Total Earnings.
Yes, once shipped. Just like when you order something from amazon, your card is not charged until the item is shipped.
Congrats on the conversion.
Did they buy something your promoted? or used your link to order something else in the same session?
