Immediate Needs

Hello everyone! I hope all are well and good things are happening in your lives. I wish everyone much success in your endeavors. I am very excited about getting back to WA. Although I haven't totally gotten back to working on my websites, I hope to do so very soon. I have to think about my immediate needs and that is finding different employment until I can get things to take off here. The job search can be very tiring. It's like kissing a lot of frogs before finding the prince. I am constantly looking for job leads and sending out my resume. I had a phone interview this afternoon that went very well, however, the job is only 29 hours a week. The pay is more, but with less hours it doesn't even add up to what I make already. The way I see it is they will meet my terms for either more hours or more money or there will be no deal. It would be nice if my skills and experience are recognized and the company thinks I will be an asset, but as most of us know, it doesn't always work that way. I will see! In the meantime I will continue to get my resume out there and hope for the best. I'm kind of like a creature of habit so I've never been one to job hop. I just want to be with a good company that pays well and has good benefits. I have put in a lot of "blood, sweat, and tears" to get the degrees that I do have and at this point in my life I am not willing to settle for less than what I feel is the best. It's not like I'm asking to be paid what a doctor makes, so I don't think I'm being unreasonable or unrealistic. I have faith that someone will recongnize how much of an asset I will be to their company and hire me on my terms. I refuse to settle for less than what I feel I am worth based on my education, skills, and experience. NO CAN DO!! I'm looking forward to the success that I believe I will have through WA, which is my ultimate goal. It's just those immediate needs that have to be met so I have to keep WA somewhat on the back burner for now until I can meet those needs and get back to business with what I am so very passionate about! I am very thankfull that I found WA and that Kyle and Carson are such good mentors and instructors. For the first time in a long time, I am very excited about something and have a really good feeling that good things are coming not only my way but to everyone who embraces WA. This is a great community with unlimited potential for success. Thank you to all that have guided me and helped me thus far in this journey!
