A Whole Year !

Hello to my WA friends. I hope your day has started off with a bang and snap, and you're moving and shaking the world.

Wow, so I got a notice that I've been with WA for a year! this is astonishing, as it really does only feel like a few days.

To say my life was changed when I joined and started building my first website, new home run business.com would be so very accurate!

I have learned so much in this year, about affiliate marketing, and just conducting biz on the internet, lots of intricacies to master, lots of details to know.

Every day working on my affiliate business is an interesting one for me. Not to say that I've not had hard days. I have. But I want to just keep moving forward, learning and learning. I feel like I'm in school, which would be a good analogy. I'm in school :D

I joined the SAC when it came up last spring, but really should have given myself Lots more time to learn steps one, and two lol, but I jumped in there with both feet, and have been floundering, somewhat. But I have the training modules, and they are part of my learning program, along with the OEC and the AB as well, so you can see, a lot of studying still ahead.

I'm not very active in the WA community yet, but that will improve as I find I can answer the odd question and offer a bit of advice here and there.

Really, I thank my blessed stars every time I open my computer, and see my website, read WA blogs, implement a teaching. This is a journey I never thought I would be on, though for 10 years I've wanted to be proficient online, and actually make revenue from my efforts, before WA, I was just like a chicken pecking at a bale of hay, gettin' nowhere.

And I really do mean, getting nowhere! I would end up snarling in frustration so many times. The unwieldy beast called a computer did nothing. I didn't understand how to make it work for me, at all, and so it was as useless as a slug.

But I still kept wishing and hoping, and listening to umpteen webinars, searching for what, I didn't know.

Ding! a Wealthy Affiliate front page came across my screen. What's this?! Jerry Huang's page, set up so nicely. I read all the info on the front page, then literally just created a free membership and started cruising around inside WA, looking at everything.

When I opened lesson one of the OEC, and listened to Kyle explaining how to set op a website... folks, I burst into tears and cried and cried. I knew I had found what I had been searching for, and it was a powerful moment.

So here I am a year later! On black Friday I paid for another year, so I'm here through 2020. This year I need to bring the pieces together and create income.
