What's on your mind? I bet many situations in life might make us feel depressed and those same situations lead to anxiety because sometimes we just simply have no idea what to do and let me tell you that... It is completely fine, you're doing amazing!
It's possible that on the whole, depression, and anxiety are two very different conditions.
In most cases, the predominant symptom of depression is a persistently gloomy, sad, or hopeless mood, whereas the primary symptoms of anxiety are generally overpowering emotions of concern, apprehension, and fear.
However, many illnesses do share a few of the most important symptoms. Irritability is a common symptom of anxiety, but some people with depression experience the opposite feeling: they are more irritable than they are sad.
It is possible that you will not always be able to determine the precise meaning of the symptoms that you are experiencing. This is because the manifestation of these disorders might vary from person to person.
Additionally, it is conceivable to experience both anxiety and depression at the same time: According to the findings of a survey conducted all over the world in 2015, 41.6% of respondents reported having both serious depression and an anxiety condition during the same period of time (one year).
One significant factor that depression and anxiety share in common is that? Both have the potential to get better with the assistance of a mental health specialist.

Thanks for sharing this Katherine. There are so many that suffer quietly from these conditions, not knowing what it is, or how to help themselves.
We have several people in our families that suffer from both depression and anxiety, and each one has different symptoms and treatments.
