Facebook has this feature called "custom audiences" which lets you upload THE PROFILE ID's of the exact people you want to target your ads too. Just make a list of ID's or pay $5 on fiverr to some guy to make a list of people you need.
Step 1: Find the person you want to target with ads on Facebook
Step 2: Enter their profile URL into this website findmyfacebookid.com
Step 3: Put each ID # on a separate line of a text file or spreadsheet
Step 4: Log into Facebook and go to ads manager > Power Editor
Step 5: Upload that list of profile ID's as a "custom audience"
That is all you need to do.This people will see your ads. Now you can target a list of specific people with your ads. Maybe it's potential clients? Maybe it's your friend? Maybe it's celebrity seekers? Or Athletes, filmmakers,etc.
I am thinking to punk somebody,a friend,only he will see my ad, nobody else.This will be cool!
