it looks all singing and dancing was a bit distracted by the back ground and struggled a bit with the reading of it but then I need glasses ... the content is good just found it a bit hard on the navigation you have done a good job

looks great - very interesting page but if someone clicks a link and can't get anywhere it's frustrating as a user experience - so i wouldn't publish something until you had some content ie; the mercury wine tasting - i'm not a visual expert but what i saw made me want to investigate further so def a kudos on that score - just remember that a donut without a hole is a danish (ty webb, caddyshack) - keep up the good work
