I guess in other circumstances it would have worked out.
Hate to leave from here but i have to do this. Have no choice either way. My struggle have reached the bottom rock and don`t know when and how i will get out of this. I wasnt here for long enough to know anyone better or teach and help anyone, because i was myself in desperate need of help.
I have been struggling with bad bosses for the past year and met one worst then another, maybe someday will make a website helping people like my husband and i.
There is a disease out there called "ignorance and money worshiping" . People who get infected are ready to step over you just to get what they want. I talk about rich people who worship money, and don`t care about anything else besides sitting on the pile of money looking all high and mighty, looking down at you.
I did learned a big lesson - NEVER work as caretaker for rich people and NEVER mistreat hard working people if i ever become rich.
Why this people feel a need to step on you and continuously crush you as u lie down helpless? Well there is one answer, they worship wrong thing. Houses are filled with weird looking pictures and statues, some of them looks just perverted. The fill up houses with things, surrounded nothing but things. They used to be pampered and pleased. After all they pay big money to their workers..right? wrong!
First boss - never worked a single day in her life time, never struggled, was always surrounded with 6 servants just for her. So when source of money was gone (aka husband) she didn`t wanted to part with luxury but getting it for a very cheap price, of course working hours should not be limited there! oh no! On the question - how we suppose to survive on 200$ a week two of us while paying ALL bills? She said, with cold look, sipping from her tinny coffee cup, with tinny silver spoon - well, we all have difficulties in our lives. What ever difficulties she ever had? not being able to choose what color of pants to wear today? We started to call her Mrs Silverspoon since then. The other day she said well if don`t quit your part time job to accommodate ME , you`ll have to be fired. Let me explain what caretakers job is - you work and LIVE on the property. Getting fired means loosing job AND HOME in the exact day. But we have no money to buy food anymore, we gonna starve to death!- i said.. Thats your problem - that was the answer to me. She looked right in to my eyes, never even blinked.
What other option would be? if you loose home and job in same time, you have to get job and home in same time - that`s right, we had to get same type of job and thats how we got to the bad boss # 2.
In the interview they bragged about 5 properties, private plane. Hearing from us a brief story with previous boss they said Don`t worry, well take care of you. The property we had to work at is 205 acres, in other words HUGE. You think how many people are need to maintain it? I would say at least 6. There were just 2 of us. It didnt took long untill they started to push on us to work more and more and started to pay less and less and less..And at the end just showed us to the door when we started to ask questions like where is our money, after not paying us for over a month already. So no money, no work, no home in a few days that left for us to pack up and leave.
What makes people to become so mean to others? FOLKS please! Who ever become rich, dont loose yourself! Don`t turn in to that kind of people!
