I recently put in a ticket with site support. This is the first time I've had a problem logging in to my site since I began 17 months ago.
I confess, I tried everything I could think of including stupid solutions that I knew made no sense and got myself worked up into a lather before the obvious slapped me in the face

Even though I have become very familiar with the quality and value of everything WA I was still surprised.
Almost as soon as I had submitted my ticket I received an email from support saying they had made the needed corrections and asking me to please check my site again.
WA once again has proven that I made the right choice by becoming a premium member and I am just too grateful to keep this to myself.
