Fantastic Tool for Editing Photos.
For any of you who list, or want to list on Amazon, you will be well aware of the need for the main image to be on a plain white background. Now that’s a lot trickier than it sounds! Either because you don’t know one end of a camera from the other, let alone how to get the perfect lighting for a pure shadow free background, or because you are a drop-shipper and don’t get to physically handle the products.
Well I just had that sinking “Busted!” feeling when one of my listings was suppressed for the busy background of the imagery. Photoshop is not an investment I want to make right now, so my credit card was at the ready for a monthly subscription to Click Magic. It is a highly regarded subscription-only site and so I had geared myself up for further expense…when a lovely blogger pointed me towards http://editphotosforfree.com. It’s simple to use, the tutorials are clear and I have had great satisfaction in re-listing my product imagery, now with a pure white background!
It takes time, but it feels like this wonderfully free software is on your side and that are lots of other features too, which I have yet to try out. Choose the colour you would like for the background – which of course for Amazon is always white.
