Positivity
As I am pondering what to do next in my WA venture, I find myself thinking about positivity. I have ran into several technical issues in the last week and honestly it has dampened my spirits a bit. I am feeling stuck, but I know that I can continue to build content on my site and at least I will be making some progress. I just keep reminding myself to remain positive.
Positivity has been engrained in me my entire life. My Mother has told me my entire life, "Kara Grace, you should be positive... it IS your blood type!" As a child I did not understand what the heck she was talking about, but as an adult I have found much joy in that statement!
I was listening to an interview with Rob Dyrdek a few months ago, and one thing he spoke about has really stuck with me. (I am paraphrasing) He talked about that feeling you have in the pit of your stomach when you just know that something wonderful is about to happen. I am sure we all know what that feels like! He said that he strives to live every single day with that feeling. That he knows that is the feeling that coordinates with success and creativity.
As I feel a bit discouraged, I am trying really hard to get that feeling back into the pit of my stomach. It is a conscious decision to replace discouragement with excitement. It is a skill that has to be honed, but I am trying!!!

You're right! Everything we do and feel is a choice. It's how we train our own minds to think and feel that makes all the difference. Take at least 15 minutes to "reprogram" yourself before sleep each night. concentrate on that feeling you're wanting to capture and hold onto, then let yourself sleep. This allows your unconscious mind to get en-sink with your conscious mind. Choosing how to think and feel is a powerful thing. You can do it. I used it to get over P.T.S.D. and change myself. So I know you can do it.

So within an hour of posting this, after waiting for 4 days, my tech issue was fixed!!!! Hahaha
You are not alone in this feeling, Old Mr. Negative likes to pop in now and then sometimes bringing along Mr. fear and Ms. doubt. It is when you are at a low point that you can positively make your break through. Step back and take a leap of faith, you can and will succeed in your endeavors, and you will learn from your mistakes and move onward and upward.
I never worry about being positive, I just keep working and that way when inspiration hits I'm ready. I know a lot of people say stay positive.....most times I feel very average but I keep going and then I get positive because I know I did my best snd that is all you can do! The results vary, but yhere are always results for consistency, not today, not tomorrow but definitely they come.....
You are your best motivator, you should keep on pushing. If you lost interest in your work you will get stuck, remember why you are doing this or revisit your goals again. All the best to you.
