Lesson Learnt
I would like to share a lesson I learnt which I think can help a lot of starters like me. Basically what happened to me was that I was so excited when purchasing my first domain that I missed a small spelling mistake within the domain name, although I was sure that I checked it thuroughly.
This might not be such a big issue as I have learnt that content is much more important for ranking, but as two senior members of the community told me (and its highlighted in the training as well), your domain is your BRAND and hopefully something that you want to carry with you for the rest of your online business.
So, in short, I know it is a small error but you CANNOT correct it after purchasing so check, re-check and check again before purchasing your domain name. If you do make the mistake, rather repay the $15.00 odd and correct it immediately because the effect on your brand later on can potentially cost you a lot more.
