would you sign up for a online business training at a friend rather than into some one unknown ? I prefer of cause to get my advice from a friend or a colleague i know . That is correct but what will you like to have ? I like to have as many sign ups as I possible I can get from any available resource. How to do it ? Traffic, Traffic, Traffic. If you like to share your knowledge which traffic marketing sites are good and which are bring less ? I would accept any advise :)

Marketing sites? Do you mean sites that promise traffic to your site for money? DON'T do it. 99% are crap.
Now if you mean traffic exchanges and safelist, those are free and have potential but MUST be used correctly.
I use some mail advertising and that is quite okay.. but as you know the sign ups are not coming so quick.. any sugesstion how to generate cheap or free traffic ?
