You have to be careful with pictures and images for your website as they are heavily governed by certain laws.

whenever I try to add a plugin, it doesn't appear anywhere on my site
Thank you Rich I'll check that out- Maybe I was over simplifying it and there's more to it than I thought
You upload a plugin in the plugins section of the WordPress menu, you also have to "activate" them there. :) Rich.
OK, it depends on the plugin, which ones are you activating and what are you expecting to see?! :) Rich.
I have been activating social buttons and expected to see them toward the top right but looked everywhere and they're not there. So with each on when I didn't see them I went and deactivated and deleted them so currently there aren't any activated. I just hope its not some simple little thing i'm missing to make me feel like an idiot lol!

where do i begin once i am premium and already completed the getting started
I am not sure how to move on because i dont want to continue watching videos when I cant get into my site- every time i go to it and see i still cant access it - i just get a sinking feeling - Very disappointing!
complete the other 3 levels and then start your bootcamp courses they have a lot more training for you to learn it is very educational and profitable for your future

you can check out the three other certification courses. So you have a niche chosen, framework set up, and you're blogging regularly? You have to take action on what you learn. Too many are just reading the training and asking "whats next?"

yes go to your plugins and search for "Pin it" and install this one Pinterest "Pin It" Button Lite once it is in go to settings and click on the button style section click on the second one that says pre-selected the go down a ways and choose your other settings
