Crawl...Walk....Run

I arrived at Wealthy Affiliate in September 2013. My first stage as a premium member was to crawl through the maze of training, tutorials, discussions and courses.

A little intimidated by the depth of information, I began the "Get Started Here' courses, seemed like the best place to begin.

The courses were amazing, I was even able to build my website. This was a first for me and I was so excited. I took a niche (golfing), narrowed down what I specifically wanted to write on and I was in business!

My crawling lasted for a while, needed to overcome my shyness in the social arena and learn how to write friendly articles. This stage lasted 2 months.

Stage 2: I am walking and holding on to the community's support. I have now advanced to the Affiliate Bootcamp.

Two websites have been created and each day I write a new post. My confidence is growing, asking questions, getting involved with discussions and paying it forward to another member who needs help, are all becoming easier

ALL OF THIS IS DUE TO WEALTHY AFFILIATES!

i finished the year out building my ranking, selecting low competitive keywords and unfortunately, still working on my comfort zone with social media.

Stage 3: January 2014. My pace has picked up, I am running to my desk every morning, with a big smile and a cup of tea.

I made the decision to take advantage of the annual membership discount and became a committed premium member.

The rewards from my 2014 resolution are arriving everyday!

Here are just a few:

• more comments
• increased conversions
• more activity with my affiliate marketing

The positive energy within WA has gotten me through these stages. There have been high days and low days. The frustration, moments of tears and confusion still appear, but I always pick myself up and keep going.

My goal for 2014: Las Vegas here I come!
