My Experience So Far

Hey everyone! I have reached the point in the training where I am supposed to post about my experience with WA, so here it is.

First I should probably point out that I have tried several other methods of making money online before, some of my own ideas and some similar in concept to WA. In each case I ended up not making a single penny from my efforts and I gave up fairly quickly. I suppose it is possible I might have made some money if I kept at it but I had no confidence in what I was doing.

That's the big difference here with WA - I am still confident I will make money at this. The courses are so detailed and so simple to follow that I don't see how I could fail. Well... that's not entirely true. I still wonder sometimes if the niche I chose will be profitable, but if not then I know I can try again with another niche and with the experience I am gaining here it should not take long for one of them to start working for me.

The whole idea of creating a profitable website is overwhelming when looked at with no plan. With the WA courses though it is just a matter of following each step, which is fairly easy, and before you know what happened you have a site. Better yet, not only does each step give you something worthwhile that you have done, but the lessons keep taking you back to make it just a little better each time. That, at least in my opinion, is way better than just saying from the start, "You need to have this, and this, and that, and this...."

So far I have four posts I have done for my site and with each one they overall get better and better. What is almost more important for me than that is all the background work - not just setting up the website itself but all the extra bits, like SOE, submitting to Google, Google+, analytics, etc, etc.

My goal right now is to make my first sale sometime within the next month and I can see that happening. In all my other attempts I had goals but it quickly became apparent that I was not going to reach them with what I was doing (long before I got to the point where I am now with WA). Within the next three months (by the end of this year) I plan to have a steady income. At this point I am not too ambitious - just looking for some extra money - but before another year passes I plan to retire from my current job and focus entirely on my website (or by then probably websites).
