Choose a Niche that you are actually passionate about!
I cannot tell you how many times I see people create something and end up losing motivation
There is a difference between something you "Like" and something you are "Passionate" about
For example, I know my passion is cars, I have loved cars my whole life, I am now learning and working on cars in my free time and I love it! What a lot of people don't understand is in the Affiliate Marketing world there is a niche for your passion, you just need to dig a little, for me I thought, Ok, I want to make my niche about cars since I don't find car stuff "Work" so I looked around and settled on the Automotive Tools niche!
I have put well over 100+ hours into my site over the past month and I maybe have 1-2 people come to my site a day. What I find out is most people get unmotivated at that point, they are posting and not seeing results! This is where finding your passion is key, If you find what you enjoy doing, it will not feel like work! I don't really see anyone on my site but I keep posting almost everyday because I enjoy informing others about Automotive work and it gives me a sense of accomplishment.
I also see a lot of people have to wrong mindset when creating their site. When you write a post, you need to forget about how much money making linking you can stuff into the post and think about "If I was the reader, I found this article to learn about what?" This forms a a trust with the reader making them feel safe and believing you know what you are talking about! With that trust they will click links that you suggest to them because they know that you are knowledgeable about what you are talking about!

Thank you so very much indeed for the great tips. If I may ask, how do you promote your Automotive Tools niche, in order to get more visitors to your website? Have you tried running a campaign with Google Adwords? Have you also posted Google Adsense code on your site admin dashboard to help you monetise your site?
Hi, some good questions here, about a very good post. My thought is what have you tried as regards social media, it is possible that you have tried this, but if not try to get a following going and then introduce your site.
You could optimize your content for search engines also called SEO.
